Maverick Gentry, Polo (Single Season Record for Points)

Maverick Gentry broke the school record for points in a single season, passing his dad, Jeff Gentry, who scored 609 points in 1991.

Cy Carlson, St. Joseph Christian (1,000 points)

Cy Carlson scored his 1,000th point against Nodaway Valley on February 24, 2025

Kiefer Tolson, Trenton (2,000 points)

Kiefer Tolson scored his 2,000th point against South Harrison on February 24, 2025

Madison Lillard, North Andrew (1,000 points)

Madison Lillard scored her 1,000th point against St. Joseph Christian on February 14, 2025

Natalee Pennington, Marceline (1,000 points)

Natalee Pennington scored her 1,000th point against Salisbury on February 11, 2025.

Mirena King, Trenton (1,500 points and school record for 3-pointers)

Mirena King scored her 1,500th point against Maysville on February 11, 2025.  In the same game, she broke the season record for three-pointers when she hit her 63rd, passing her sister Morgan King. 

Mason Morris, Putnam County (1,000 points)

Mason Morris scored his 1,000th point against Schuyler County on February 8, 2025.

Addilyn Henke, Princeton (School Record for Points)

Addilyn Henke broke the school record for points on January 27, 2025, against Union Star when she scored her 2,113th point, passing Stacy Rockhold-Synder.



Marian Dabney, Milan (1,000 points)

Marian Dabney scored her 1,000th point against Macon on January 23, 2025

Maverick Gentry, Polo (School Record for Points and 1,500 points)

Maverick Gentry broke the school record for points on January 21, 2025, against South Harrison when he scored his 1,455th point, passing Dalton Mills.

Maverick scored his 1,500th point against Trenton on January 24, 2025.

Nick Orscheln, St. Joseph Christian (1,000 points)

Nick Orscheln scored his 1,000th point on January 21, 2025, against Stanberry.

Kiefer Tolson, Trenton (School Record for Points)

Kiefer Tolson broke the school record for points on January 15, 2025, against Novinger when he scored his 1,686th point, passing his sister, Ainsley Tolson.

Addilyn Henke, Princeton (2,000 points)

Addilyn Henke scored her 2,000th point on January 13, 2025, against South Harrison (JV).


Abigail Molloy, South Harrison (1,000 points)

Abigail Molloy scored her 1,000th point on January 7, 2025, against Milan.

Dillon Willis, Maysville (1,000 rebounds)

Dillon Willis recorded his 1,000th rebound on December 28, 2024, against Bishop LeBlond.

Dillon Willis, Maysville (1,500 points and school record)

Dillon Willis scored his 1,500th point on December 21, 2024, against Mid-Buchanan. Dillon also broke the school record when he scored his 1,514th point.

Johnston Stewart, St. Joseph Christian (1,000 points)

Johnston Stewarts scored his 1,000th point on December 21, 2024 against DeKalb.

Braxon Linville, North Andrew (1,000 points)

Braxton Linville scored his 1,000th point on December 16, 2024 against North Nodaway.

Clay Evans, Princeton (1,000 points)

Clay Evans scored his 1,000th point on December 5, 2024 against North Andrew.

Bell Game Rivalry joins the GRC

by Jeremy Benson, GrandRiverConference.com It's a mere 12 miles that separate Brookfield High School and Marceline High School, as per Google Maps.  But what's truly remarkable is the 54-year hiatus since these two schools last clashed in a conference football game. Brookfield and Marceline were both in the North Central Missouri Conference (NCMC) in 1970.  In 1970, the NCMC decided to fold.  A new conference with the same name would be organized,  Brookfield remained in a revamped NCMC from 1971 to 1975 before going independent until 1986, when they joined the Tri-Rivers Conference.  They jumped to the Clarence Cannon Conference (CCC) in 2010. Marceline was in the Northern Missouri Conference from 1971 to 1974 before joining the Lewis & Clark Conference in 1975, where they would be members for almost 50 years.
